To help new users with ReBench, 5min tutorials would be very helpful.

Goal of such tutorials would be to show that it takes less time to learn ReBench than it takes to write a custom script.

Short-form tutorials and 5min demos could show:

  • how to run widely used benchmarks and plot the results
  • how to analyze the impact of workload parameters
  • how to use GitHub or GitLab to run benchmarks on self-hosted machines

More advanced features could be:

  • how to minimize measurement errors
  • how to size runs for papers
