[Solved] Better handing images to paste into Obsidian note

When I asked Claude to paste an image, that I gave it in chat, into my note, it tried but pasted a broken image. I need to do more testing but it doesn't seem possible. When I gave it the image path locally (it can access with filesystem mcp server), it also complained about it being on a different drive than my Obsidian vault. When I put the image on the same drive, it still couldn't.

Anyone know the correct way to get your images into a note?

Actually just got it to work when I used the same drive and specified the folder where all my images are stored in my vault
