When I intall, it removes all my previous configuration

When I run npx @smithery/cli install mcp-obsidian --client claude it replaces ALL my existing /Users/MY_USER/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json file with

It would just be easier to show this in your readme probably so we have the option to merge in the necessary bits.
