WGS callsets have no target region to intersect the calls with. When the callset contains contigs not in the reference, normalize-calls throws an erorr. Therefore the new rule
restrict_to_reference_contigsremoves all calls in contigs that are not in the reference and reheaders the vcf accordingly.
