Update Open.Serialization Package

Please update the Open.Serialization package to the latest to get the fix from the resolve issue located here Open-NET-Libraries/Open.Serialization#4

It will allow for passing more Json Serialization options. For me it will specifically allow for passing options to ignore circular references. Thanks.
