In Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS default battery icons names (in status folder) are as follows: battery-level-X-charging-symbolic.svg while in Paper icons are named battery-{low/medium/full}-charging-symbolic.svg.
This is fixed by renaming the icons.
Also, missing some status icons as night-light-symbolic.svg.
