静态合并部署，只有宿主应用启动了，业务应用不能自动启动 #30

我将宿主应用和业务应用都clone下来，按照静态合并部署的步骤进行了配置和jar的引入，但是使用idea启动的时候业务应用不能启动，使用java -jar却可以正常启动业务应用，idea也是配置了VM options的
