Need to update Wiki to remove depricated content

The following link and all associated material should be removed as this no longer works and is no longer supported/maintained according to the following: sonic-net/sonic-buildimage#2591

This is leading to new folks in the community wasting hours trying to get the solution to work to eventually find out that it is no longer able to work at all due to no longer being maintained. Can we get this removed?

Exactly this P4 Software switch and the other test case. Both of them are not maintained.
