Bug Description

When trying to input Korean text in Cody's prompt field, the text is not entered correctly. Only one character at a time appears, making normal input impossible.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Cody's prompt input field in IntelliJ.
2. Try typing in Korean (e.g., "안녕하세요").
3. Observe that only one character at a time appears, making full word input difficult.
4. The only workaround is to type Korean text in another text editor and copy-paste it into Cody.

Expected Behavior:
Korean text should be entered smoothly without requiring copy-paste from external tools.
