I'm on switch version 15.0.1 and AMS 1.4.0. After I installed this tool it didn't work and the error information was like this thread. Then I rebooted like somebody in another thread said and it worked.
That's all I know. Maybe you can try to reinstall I guess.

do you have sigpatch v1.4.0-cfw1.5.0 or not?, i want to try that

after i have fresh cleaned cfw, i didn't place sigpatch 1.4.1-cfw-15.0.1 and i saw the server have some response but i can't play any game and after i have to placed sigpatch 1.4.1-cfw-15.0.1 the server has not response anything

Sorry, I don't have that. I haven't used that, what can sigpatch do?
