Consider deprecating and archiving this package

This package appears to be deprecated and fully replaced by the one here: https://github.com/natashabatalha/PandExo, which is also referenced by pypi here: https://pypi.org/project/pandexo.engine/

We should review the package contents here, and then archive it so that future users are not confused and find the most recent package.

@hover2pi there's also a fork of this over on exoctk, just fyi for when we archive.

we decided to archive this code, this issue can close in the process.
