The installation instructions in the readme tell the user to install the "Arduino_TensorFlowLite" library via the Arduino Library Manager:

The library was removed from Library Manager at the request of the TensorFlow Lite Micro maintainers (arduino/library-registry#1748), breaking these instructions.

TensorFlow's official library is available from this repository, which contains manual installation instructions:
