Sphinx Search - Super fast search engine
Zend\Search\Lucene - PHP implementation of Lucene search
PHPCR - PHP Content Repository
Twitter Bootstrap - Awesome CSS/js framework, could be used for the default "theme"
Skeleton - Another awesome CSS framework. Scales really well for mobile, etc.
