Hi @snicoll is spring-boot 2.5.12 available or do we have to wait to be published in maven central?

It's on its way to Central.

I know support for 2.4 ended last November but are there any plans to patch it as well given the severity of the vulnerability?

There is no need for us to do that. You can upgrade to Spring Framework 5.3.18 using the "spring-framework.version" property, check the reference guide and the build plugin specific doc for more details.

Thanks Stéphane, totally forgot about this. I'll see if 5.3.18 is compatible with Boot 2.4.
