During STS4 headless services upgrade to Java 17, Boot 3 and JUnit 5 the tests from org.springframework.tooling.jdt.ls.commons.test have been removed from the maven build due to issues launching tests with Java 17. Looks like target platform for the tests needs some work.

These tests need to be added back, issue with launching tests on Java 17 fixed.
