Understand how schema mixed text-case works and safe guard the author

A bunch of questions about queue names and how uri schemes interact:

• Rabbit queues - any case restrictions?
• For URI's are there any scheme case restrictions? I think URI schemes are lower case by default.

If there is a restriction, then make sure all queue names, etc., obey it to prevent someone from accidentally trying to use mixed case when in the end it won't work.
