Harney Peak, South Dakota is now named Black Elk Peak #124

This label comes from Natural Earth, and I created an upstream issue for this problem there: nvkelso/natural-earth-vector#438

If we update the Terrain map before Natural Earth is updated, we should manually fix this label ourselves.

In SW South Dakota in the Stamen Topo map, Harney Peak should be labeled as Black Elk Peak.
Apparently, this is a sensitive topic locally.
