Tab sequence is off in catalogue references #184

Open the catalogue references with an editing stamp form open. Enter a catalogue number and hit TAB. Should go to catalogue value but instead selects the value in the catalogue number editor on the left.

This only happens if the Stamp Editor is open. If the stamp editor is closed the reference table works correctly.
