The Record Merging functions are the tough nut to crack.

We must demonstrate merging as early as possible in the CHIE prototype as part of the SHR-10x initiative. The health record merging capability supports transition from "Proprietary Health Record" designs to the Standard Health Record design.

Extend the Period of Performance to August 1, 2017
Add the following deliverables to the existing scope of work:
Task 3: Incorporation of Claims Data
popHealth, Cypress and Bonnie share a common library of code (Health Data Standards) that provides import and export of some common data formats including C-CDA and QRDA. Patient data is translated to/from and stored in a proprietary JSON-based format called the patient information model. The move from fee-for-service to value based pay will create more complex measurements. None of the current tools support claims data, yet the value based pay system will demand the use of those data elements in the creation and evaluation of the metrics. This task shall add support for import, validation and merging of claims data into the patient information model

2. Record Merging User Interface
3. Record completeness verification Service
