On http://standardhealthrecord.org/shr/demographics/#BirthSex, the HL7 link is toast (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/ValueSet/us-core-birthsex).

2nd note: what's the birth sex strategy, ie F/M/other or 5 or 7 choices (non-sex, etc)?
