Find a way to support "Use Advanced Layers"

If "Use Advanced Layers" is enabled, the SWF will encapsulate all Layer as Sprite, it's interesting but also I can't see any useful case for it. Ideally even if that option is checked we should just ignore those and the resulting SWFTY file should be identical as if that option was un-checked.
