[Feature] Removal of Details Title

On several pages, including scenes and performers, there is a details section for large amounts of text, this is obviously useful for scene synopsis or adding a bio to a performers page.

For some reason, that I cannot rectify in my own brain, I think that the category title "Details" above or beside the text field is unnecessary and It would actually look better in the text was just there on it's own. See the screenshots below for examples of what I mean.
