Have option to review results of end-end tests

User Story

As a tester I'd like to be able to review end-end test results in an easy way.

Description

Currently, it's not done at all or done by writing a comment that refers to a different comment with end-end test report. What we could have instead is option to mark failed tests directly in the report comment. This would be done by a tester asssigned to the issue.
Tests may be failing because of either:

• feature changed
• known bug (link to the issue)
• false failure
• infrastructure issue
