Ability to specify executable jar per platform

I create separate jars with native libraries built in for each platform. It would be helpful if I could configure a different jar for each platform to use.

Yea very good point and something I'll need myself eventually anyway. I'll probably just do it so that if no jar is specified in the platform's config, it'll use the default one. Sounds good?
