Auto-wrap on save?

Is it possible to wrap comments that was written before using the plugin? Something like formatting the existing files without the need to going one by one and input ctrl+q?

I'm going to close this in favor of #165. If you were wanting something like an external tool to process many files at once then that's an interesting idea though
