My ideal code syntax highlighter should support

Being fast, and compatible with Hugo
Dynamic dark and light mode support
Line numbers
Line wrapping and responsive UI support
"Click to copy" support (Ref: https://github.com/jmooring/hugo-testing/tree/hugo-forum-topic-49633)
Support all the languages GitHub supports with nice themes
Add a "language header" like https://mattrighetti.com/2023/02/03/opinionated-terminal-essentials

Currently, the default Hugo syntax highlighting looks like shit:

I have now:

changed the default monokai theme
removed the ugly box shadow and increased the corner radius
changed the code block to scroll content instead of exceeding the box boundary
