Legacy components for Home page

I believe at this point a bunch of the original home page components in /src/components/home/ are no longer in use with core content moved elsewhere (but not referencing these components). Would be good to delete them if this is the case.

I suspect Vision.tsx, Team.tsx, Background.tsx, and About.tsx are no longer needed.

Also @codytodonnell, I was wondering if there's an easy way to identify files/components that are in the codebase but never used to help speed up clean up.

There are tools to help with this. Should run those in web and kit.
