As requested at https://wordpress.org/support/topic/request-after-entry-version/. Makes sense as Genesis has after-entry as a core widget area now.

Goal would be to add “After Entry” to the existing “Header Right”, “Primary Sidebar”, and “Secondary Sidebar” drop-downs. Mockup:
