WP Multi Network doesn't support Composer 2:
https://github.com/stuttter/wp-multi-network/blob/master/composer.json#L20

As a result, I can't currently require stuttter/wp-multi-network on a bedrock that uses Composer 2.x. See screenshot below:

PR to fix this has been opened as #202. We did something similar with LudicrousDB last year and it worked great: stuttter/ludicrousdb#135 + stuttter/ludicrousdb#136
