stylish-userstyles/stylish#78

This feature will only work with Firefox, so if a style needs it, it won't work anywhere else.

Can we skip this?

My userstyle http://userstyles.org/styles/85684 needs /* AGENT_SHEET */ to override -moz-binding added by ABP on Firefox, but the style works on supported browsers (they just ignore -moz-binding anyway).
