Seems there are a lot of new features in handlebars 3.0:

I will pick those applicable for handlebars-rust and implement.

Enhancement will be introduced in #8 , #9, #10, #11, #12

Features won't be supported currently:

block params (Add parser support for block params handlebars-lang/handlebars.js#906)
named helper variable references (Implement named helper variable references handlebars-lang/handlebars.js#907)
