SIGINT isn't canceling an ssh console connection attempt.

$ fly ssh console -a app-name
Connecting to top1.nearest.of.app-name.internal...⣯^C
Connecting to top1.nearest.of.app-name.internal...⣷^C
Connecting to top1.nearest.of.app-name.internal...⣽^C
Connecting to top1.nearest.of.app-name.internal...⣽^C
