Add plugin on Krew index

Installation of the plugin should be easy and managed by plugin eco-system krew.

For time being, I will be using self-hosted Krew index as I will need to demo at my session at AWS London Summit. But after that, I will raise PR at https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/krew-index to add it to default index.

For now,

kubectl krew index add surajincloud git@github.com:surajincloud/krew-index.git
kubectl krew install surajincloud/kubectl-eks

this should work, I will update the doc for the same.

I am working on getting the plugin in main krew index so installation is even simpler
