EIB is currently based on BCI images, however, at this point in time those are based on SLE 15 SP6 images. While running nmc built from those is fine within the EIB container, we shouldn't copy those over to the final image. Instead, we should embed nmc for the proper OS version (e.g. nmc built for SL MIcro 6.0 for 6.0 images).
