support endgame tablebase

there is at least one public tablebase web service at http://www.lokasoft.nl/tbapi.aspx
it does not have (most of) 6 men positions, but it's a good start

this would definitely improve the strength of the engine. however I'm a bit afraid of relying on an external webservice like this. Perhaps we could add the endgame database on our own server, can it be downloaded freely?

They are available, the issue is the amount of space required.
For positions up to 5 men you'll need about 7GB.
For the 6 men tablebase you'll need space in the order of the terabyte.
