CreateBundle: Assets are downloaded after "assets:install" #16

When installing the standard edition there is an issue with createjs as the assets get downloaded after they’re installed. I suggest to move
the line "Symfony\Cmf\Bundle\CreateBundle\Composer\ScriptHandler::downloadCreateAndCkeditor" before "Sensio\Bundle\DistributionBundle\Composer\ScriptHandler::installAssets", - same under post-update-cmd.

Can’t create a PR at the moment.
