Allow to pass options to babel react preset

The babel react preset allows to specify some options. I'd like to set the runtime to automatic instead of the default classic. Currently this is not possible with the enableReactPreset() method.

It would be nice to make this possible. Otherwise it is not possible to write react components in function style (see here) without adding an import React from 'react', although the React module is not used.
