scp is sometimes not copying

It would seem that the scp action did not push the merge 3f45800 , but I cannot verify on the Mannheim machine as I am missing credentials. We need to find why it fails or look for a more robust alternative than the spooler, dropbox, shell, Mannheim combination (not sure what is the main issue here).

The reason was changing the name of folder Spooler_files to spooler_files and not updating it in maintainer.py.
