Tact Templates take a long time to load

Every time you select any Tact template, it takes a very long time to load it

The wait itself can take more than 2-3 seconds, which can trigger a drain of user desire to explore templates.

Need to work on the problem and do maybe caching.

Perhaps we should stop using https://proxy.cors.sh now in preference to our own solution (including caching)

Each template performs two queries: contract.tact and content.md

And each of them takes quite a long time to load (~1.5 sec each), which adds up to an agonizing 3 seconds.
