Looking up the designs of open source projects or implementing them from scratch, this task should be done first so that development of the frontend can commence. This is an especially challenging task due to the time required to get familiar with Figma and theory of design

Assuming an optimistic estimate of 8 hours a pessimistic estimate of 18 hours, and the most likely estimate of 14 hours

ß = (8+18+14*4)/6 = 13.67 hours
