Ability to override italics with "slnt" axis either through variables or overriding utility with same name.

Google's Roboto Flex font does not have an italics option. Instead it uses the variable font axis "slnt".

Did not override the .italic utility and instead produced a merged utility with both font variation and font style.

I ended up having to override in other layer where I also covered some html tags that traditionally apply italics as well.

It would be nice if there was variable we could use to tell the Tailwind system to instead use font variation settings.

It would also be nice to actually override the utility when providing one of the same name.
