Feature offer: translated subtitles

Hi, i played around with python's library deep_translator and got translated subtitles for the NRK plugin. This feature is not offered in the official app. It uses Google Translator for now, as it is free and does not require any api key, but may be later done to use any translation service included in the library.

Tested working on Linux and Android. One can set any language, however setting more than 2 additional languages would require some more seconds to wait and may be lagging for the most. Norwegian remains always included and is the default choice. Translations are ok to English, and somewhat ok-ish for e.g. Italian.

The use cases may be: expats recently moved to Norway; or their relatives and friends visiting - for instance. If this is of interest for some of the users I may take the time and make a branch for it. Also assuming the author is agreeing.
