Microsynteny 微共线性分析怎么修改线的颜色和粗细 #631

做微共线性分析的时候，觉得灰色的线颜色太浅，想修改颜色，线的粗细将jcvi/jcvi/graphics/synteny.py 中 lw=1修改为了lw=0, 结果还是根据基因长度确定的线的粗细，有没有什么方法和参数可以调整呀
