Add challenge tests for Synteny module Layout parsing class: https://github.com/tanghaibao/jcvi/blob/e48303c3cee2eb8860337b53d3b59bd65a1dfeae/jcvi/graphics/synteny.py#L96C1-L127C1

i.e. Inconsistent tabs/space, internal line breaks, comment lines, missing fields, spaces within fields
