had to rollback to 0.8.1 for rednering to work correctly in IE8

check issue against raphael 1.0 just pushed at http://github.com/DmitryBaranovskiy/raphael/tree/1.0

behaviour: in IE, resizing canvas messes up the scaling/drawing of multiple chord diagrams.
