Im getting some svg minification errors that are mangling my images

Hugo's minification is mangling some of my svgs. My svg icons are fine. But I have an svg logo that is being altered my the minification process. I will include the files below. When I run a diff on them I get some interesting results.

I remade the svg logos and everything seems to be working fine. Perviously, the svgs I used were also minified by omgsvg and then dropped into the project. This time, I didn't minify the svgs after exporting them from Illustrator. Thus, no minification before run through Hugo's minify process.
