Gather memory using npm package 'usage' #2

Right now, we only get a memory usage update when the worker says they're ready, but never again after that.

Design a function that gathers info for each worker via usage (worker.process.pid)
Add command 'info' to prepl which displays usage info for each--or an individual--worker
