Version 0.1, the first version for our beta customers, is out. It includes:

  • Omnichannel access
  • Rapid-dispose buttons for non-conversational contacts
  • A tabbed data entry form for conversational contacts configured to the call type
  • A basic summary of recent contacts and a detail form per contact
  • Okta integration
  • Queueing so that each beta helpline has its own queue to work from
