Specifying alternate name for SDEID in model configuration template not working

For run_m1_computation (and presumably other models), setting the SDEID entry in the model configuration template (MCT) to something other than “SDEID”, for example “UDSDEID” resulting in an error when executing the M1SS model.

There appear to be a number of places in the code where “SDEID” is hard coded and not referencing the mct$SDEID value.
