Launch templates do not support non-ebs volume types

What is the current behavior?

You can only supply EBS type volumes in worker launch templates.

What's the expected behavior?

You should be able to define instance volume stores for instances with local disk.

Are you able to fix this problem and submit a PR? Link here if you have already.
